DESCRIPTION:This class is designed for those who will manage police traffic services. From the Senior Officer to the Lieutenant this class will give you a guide on the basics related to patrol operations and police traffic services.  During this class we will dive into the concerns that face New Mexico Citizens in each community related to traffic safety.  We will look at where we can get the data to better support our community with improvement with traffic safety projects.  We will also go over the different projects often taken on\, and how to manage a grant.  We will then put together an operational plan that can be implemented in your community. \nThis is a four day class that is brought to you by the New Mexico Department of Transportation and is absolutely FREE. \nDATE: Tuesday\, September 7th– Friday\, September 10th \nCLASS LOCATION: Las Cruces Police Department – 550 N.
