First Line Supervisor – Hosted by the Lea County Sheriff’s Department Lovington, New Mexico.

This dynamic, hands-on course is designed to prepare individuals for the responsibilities of a first-line supervisory position. Throughout this week-long course, participants will engage in a variety of interactive group discussions, practical exercises, and hands-on activities designed to strengthen leadership, communication, decision-making, and supervisory skills.
